Visa Application to Indonesia

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR VISA APPLICATION TO INDONESIA

All the applicants for any types of visa must comply with the requirement below: 

1. Application form
2. Original passport & passport copy
3. If non malaysian passport holder, applicants must copy Malaysian Visa/Malaysian entry stamp/Malaysian IC/Permanent Residence IC
4. Provide confirmation letter from the company/school (visa sponsor) in Malaysia Address to: The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Visa Section
5. The passoprt must have at least 2 blank pages left. For single entry , the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry and for the multiple business visa and temporary stay (VITAS) , it must be valid for at least 18 months after the date entry. 
6. A guarantee of the available of funds to cover living expenses while in Indonesia (e.g the last 3 months bank statements or traveller's cheque)
7. 2 photography any background (passport size)

The embassy has the authority to reject the any application. 

Tourist Visa - RM170 + 6% GST

Processing service fee RM50 per visa.
